Než odevzdám knihu veřejnosti, pokládám za svou povinnost upřímně poděkovati panu bibliothekáři Národního Musea Drovi Františkovi Pátovi za všecku přátelskou pomoc, s jakou pročítal se mnou namáhavé korrektury a přispíval radou v hojných otázkách a záhadách.

Rovněž pokládám za svou povinnost veřejně poděkovati tiskárně Zmatlík a Palička v Praze, zejména p. faktorovi Jaroslavovi Šulcovi. Sazba a tisk vyžadovaly napínavé práce a zbystřené pozornosti. Přes to postupovali jsme (díky přesnosti a soustavné dělbě práce i odborné spolehlivosti typografů v závodu firmy Zmatlík a Palička) poměrně rychle a správně ku předu beze všeho zdržování a odkladů, jasným a sličným tiskem.
